1. How do I become a registered buyer at TopGem Minerals?

Easy! Fill out Arizona Resale Form 5000a, fill it out and return it via email to TopGemSales@gmail.com and a welcome email will be sent to you

2. What do you sell and how do we shop with you?

Mineral Specimens from worldwide locations, colorful bulk minerals from Mexico, large landscaping rocks, polished rocks, and flats and fold ups to hold all your inventory nicely. You can shop with us at our large warehouse in the heart of Tucson's Mineral Mile (Oracle, south of Grant, north of Speedway) year round, as well as ordering from our website and private catalog, our live sales on facebook and instagram, along with finding us at Trade Shows like the Denver Fall Show!

3. How do you price your minerals?

Our mineral specimens at the warehouse and trade shows are priced at a fair retail price, your price is HALF of that. If the sticker reads $16, your price is $8. Our bulk minerals and flats are priced NET, that means that is the final price, the price you will pay. Gross(listed price) vs. Net(final price), or "Keystone". This is a common style of pricing for wholesale vendors.

4. Do you accept returns?

We certainly stand behind our material, that being said, if there is a problem, we are here to help. If something was purchased recently, it is in the same condition as sent, we have a 10 day return period for internet catalog ordered items. No returns on Live Sale purchases and a 24 hour return period for items bought directly from the warehouse or trade show.

5. Are your minerals ethically sourced?

While we do offer minerals from all around the world, including some Malachite from the DRC and Lapis from Afghanistan, the vast majority of our minerals come directly from miners and mineral sources who are small scale operators of mining operations. Some of these sources have been with us for decades, miners and their families we have been happy to support all these years. Others are small scale miners that are looking to sell a LARGE amount of crystals in one go, rather than sell one at a time to the public. At Top Gem Minerals, ethically sourced minerals has always been our goal.

6. How do you ship your goods?

Lot of ways! Fedex is our favorite for most orders. Sometimes things go out via USPS. Pallet Freight is a common shipping way for many orders over a hundred pounds or more. You can provide your own freight company if you have an account, or we can ship it via UPS Frieght, Estes or one you pick. Shgipping is always extra, we do not pad the prices, we just add some packing materials, box it up and get it out to you!

7. Who owns TopGem?

Top Gem Minerals Inc IS Mike New and Family. Family businesses morph and change with the family, as you can imaging. Time changes us, but Top Gem moves on, always with the same plan, to provide you, the mineral/crystal vendor, with sparkly, well prepared, fairly priced minerals. Employees become like family and we love them all, as they come and go from the company, they add their spirit and heart to the business. In the end, as the begining, it was always Mike New, his wife Norma and his son Jason that made the backbone of the company. Mike still calls the shots! We are just the crew that makes the magic happen, as we come and go from the business.
